You can’t go wrong with a ribeye. This is one of the juiciest and delicious meats that exist in the world.  It’s almost impossible to cook a ribeye incorrectly… so, it’s a great option for a novice chef.  This Cuban inspired recipe will heat things up a bit.

Full Recipe in Details

  • 4 Ribeye Steaks

  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice

  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Caraway Seeds

  • Lemon Juice

  • Lemon Zest

  • 1/2 tsp. Oregano

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Mix all dry ingredients with orange juice, as well as juice and lemon zest. Leave the steak to marinate in the refrigerator. Time may vary: from one hour to the whole night.

  • Get pieces of meat and peel them from the marinade.

  • Fry the steak for 7 minutes on each side. It should turn pink in the center and crisp, juicy on the sides.

  • Do not cut meat immediately. After removing from the stove, leave it to lie down for 5-10 minutes.
