
- Must have 4 or more hogs processed & smoked together for smoked items such as Smoked Ham, Bacon, Smoked Hocks. Smoked Orders will be combined.
- Hogs need to be around 180lbs – 350lbs hanging weight for Bacon to be made.
- Hogs UNDER 160/lbs & any hogs OVER 320/lbs we cannot make Smoked Hams this includes Center Ham Steaks
