* Please note that there is seldom enough trim (depending on the size of the animal) for both stew and burger. We recommend that our customers choose one or the other. Kabob meat is taken from the leg.

Notice
During the time your animal is cut and wrapped you the consumer are responsible to pick up your order no more than 7 days after the office informs you that the order is ready to be picked up. If you do not pick up within 7 business days a late fee of $100.00 per order will be charged every 5 business days. Completed orders may be donated after 45 days. Pick up times are Mon- Fri 8-3 Sat 8-1 Please call if you need to make other arrangements. Please note standard turnaround time is 2-5 weeks. We DO NOT except Checks. Only Cash, Debit or Credit Card(4% is added to all credit card amounts) Remember to check your voicemail & emails for notice your animal is ready for pickup!
